The print shows a waterfall on the St Louis River in Northern Minnesota, just a few miles before it flows into Lake Superior.

The edition is printed with a two-block reduction technique which involves carving away sections of the wood blocks with each color application. As each layer of color is printed, the corresponding areas are removed, preventing further impressions of that color in the edition. This process not only creates a unique, multi-layered artwork but also means that once the edition is complete, no additional prints can be made, ensuring the exclusivity of each piece.
